# Refund policy — MiProxy

How to request a payment review and understand its effect on your allocation.

## Refunds and allocation access

policy · Reviewed October 16, 2026The current customer checkout uses Stripe payments. This page explains the workspace review process; production refund eligibility has not been finalized.

## Request a review

Sign in and open workspace support. Include the order reference, the reason for the request and a short description of the issue. If setup or a connection failed, include the time and sanitized error where available.

Administrators review the request and initiate an appropriate refund. Signed payment events update the order state. Submitting a support request is not itself confirmation that the refund has completed.

## If provisioning is delayed

Keep the same order reference and ask support to review it. Do not create another order merely to resolve an uncertain setup result. Payment confirmation and supplier setup are separate stages, and each may need investigation.

## What happens to the allocation

Refunded or disputed allocations are suspended through the application workflow. Supplier-side suspension can require follow-up and retries. A change in payment state should not be read as proof that every upstream action completed instantly.

Do not rely on continued access to an allocation after a refund or dispute. Use the order and support channel for its current state.

## Cancellation and account deletion

Packages do not renew automatically. A cancellation request, a refund request and an account-deletion request are different actions. State which action you want reviewed. Account deletion is handled through the manual process described in the [privacy policy](/privacy).

## Production rules still to be defined

Unused bandwidth, partial consumption, time-based access, technical-failure eligibility, request deadlines and payment-processing timeframes require finalized commercial and legal terms. This draft does not impose an “all sales final” rule, invent a money-back guarantee or waive statutory rights.
